Guidelines to planning/booking your tattoo with me.I do most of my consultations on-line, via email. This allows for more freedom to share images and ideas. It also provides me with a copy of our conversations in one spot, making referring back to our talks much easier for me. *I am at the time of my life where organization is of up most importance so please help a CaMel out!!** Getting a tattoo is a very personal thing that represents some important time/event/passion/personality. In my opinion it requires the tattooEE (that is you) to have an idea of what they want to wear on their body for the rest of their lives. Asking for my assistance in putting something together is fantastic but asking me to chose for you will only result in me telling you this.. This tattoo is YOURS and is on your body! I don't want the full responsibility of what you wear on your skin shell for the rest of your existence!! I want to create WITH you and not just FOR you. Your input is necessary for ME to feel like you are getting exactly what you want. I want you to be able to look at it in 20 years smile and remember (OR not depending on your brain!!) what you felt when you decided to document that moment of your life. Below is the information I need to have in your first email to me. Lets start with my Address. [email protected] Now in your subject line put ... "May I get a Quote Please" (This makes sure it goes to the proper folder!) Now please answer the following questions.... (Copy and Paste and then answer in bold or a different color.) Is this your first tattoo/piercing? Are you concerned about the pain? Are you afraid of needles, history of fainting? Are you on blood thinners or any other medication that may cause excess bleeding? For Piercings What piercing are you looking to have installed? Is this your first piercing? Are you allergic to any metals? For Tattoos What do you see as an end result? How Big would you like your tattoo to be? Where do you want to put your tattoo? Do you want it colored in? If yes, do you want it solid colors like a cartoon or more shaded? Is this tattoo part of a bigger idea(sleeve, back piece)? *This is important as it allows us to think ahead so we can plan proper placement* Sending Pictures If you have any images please attach them. Let me know if there is a certain style or aspect of the picture you like. Writing As we age our ink spreads slightly making the lines a little thicker. If writing is done to small there is a chance that in a few years you may not be able to read what your tattoo says.*insert sad face here* Writing needs space for the loops and circles. Doing it too small is a waste of your money/dream! **Find a Font** I use a site called DaFont(<----Click that) to find fonts. After you chose a style (script, fancy etc) there is an area that allows you to put in your word/s and see what it looks like when it is done. Please include the name of the font. The words/quote/date/numbers you want. I recommend you give it a long look before you push send so we don't have any misspelled names/dates. When do you want to come? I DO NOT TATTOO FULL TIME! This means that although I have a flexible schedule it is NOT consistent. I will try really hard to get you a time that works for you but please know that sometimes you might have to wait. I understand if you cant wait and go elsewhere. My hope is that if you are interested in another addition down the road you will try me again! This is a relationship/friendship we are building. I will trust you to tell me exactly what you want so I can let you know if it is something I am confident to create for you. If ever I feel uncertain I pass on a design and point you in the direction of someone that can help you. I want you to be happy when you leave! Talk soon. [email protected]
